Decision Dynamics offers a full range of support services to meet your specific needs. Our SSPA certified staff are dedicated to saving you time and ensuring you have the best possible experience. You can choose from any of our standard support agreements, or tailor one to fit your company's particular needs. Choose from any of our additional services to augment your support experience.

Additional Services

• Installation and upgrade services
  If you do not have the available resources to coordinate upgrades and installs, our installation and upgrade services include installation of new Decision Dynamics software products, upgrades, and patches in the field and in the office.
• Application Consulting
  Decision Dynamics' consulting service provides project management and application development assistance to help develop new business applications or to customize Decision Dynamics' products.
• Client Technical Services
  Decision Dynamics offers Client Technical Support Consultants, on a full or part-time basis. These consultants provide a single point of contact for accelerated knowledge transfer. The consultant will work closely with you to provide your business with dedicated service.
• Training
  Training provides hands-on instruction in the effective use of Decision Dynamics software products. Training courses range from introductory to advanced user levels, and is available as public and on-site courses.
