All project stakeholders depend on very different types of reports to successfully manage a project. Oncore's reporting provides full reporting capability in tabular or graphical format. In addition to a selection of standard project reports, Users have the ability to configure unlimited project-specific reports to provide a view to project data that meets their specific business need.
Oncore's reporting supports the following report types:
- Report on any project data field at the lowest Work Item level, with roll-up to higher levels in the Project WBS.
- Report on Project Resource Status, including:
- Work force profiles in real-time
- Equipment usage
- Materials consumption
- Report Progress, Productivity and Earned Value metrics in accordance with PMI standards.
- Cost Management Reports allow analysis of project costs against any data element to which costs have been correlated. This is determined during project setup and may include:
- Cost by Work Package
- Cost by Contractor
- Cost by Work Type
- Cost by Plant Location, Process Area
- Report on Work Package completion status across the project.
Oncore's reporting supports the following functionality:
- Reports can be easily developed or similar reports can be used as a template.
- Oncore reports support calculations using data that may be optionally filtered by the User.
- Reports may be generated in a variety of formats including PDF, CSV, TXT and RTF.
- A report can be either tabular or graphical. Graphical reports can include color bar charts with or without line graphs, or pie charts.
Access to reports is defined by the User's individual account privileges.
Any stored data element can be used as a filter or query criteria when running a report. These filters are created and assigned during the original report development, and are made available for selection to Users when running the report. Filters may include date ranges, individual projects, work packages, tasks, project resources, contract types, etc. and is only limited by the data configured within Oncore by the User. This simplifies data analysis for all Users by allowing selection of relevant data, while maintaining flexibility and data integrity across the project.3.0 Project Applications
