Decision Dynamics Announces Option Grants

Calgary, AB - December 31, 2008 Decision Dynamics Technology Ltd. (the "Company") (Decision Dynamics; TSX-V: DDY), a leading provider of operations management software for the energy industry, today announced that is has granted options to acquire up to 325,000 shares of the Company to certain officers. The options are exercisable at $.04 and vest one third at the end of the one, two and three year periods following the grant. The options will expire ten years from the date of the grant.
