Decision Dynamics Announces Changes to Senior Management Team

Decision Dynamics Technology Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX-V: DDY), a leading provider of operations management software for the energy industry, today announced changes to its management team. Effective May 1, 2008, David Hunt, Chief Financial Officer, has stepped down. Mr. Hunt will, however, be available to assist the Company as needed with the transition of his CFO responsibilities. Kim Tremblay, previously the Company's controller, has been appointed to the role of acting CFO.
"I want to take this opportunity to thank David for his many contributions to Decision Dynamics and wish him all the best in his future endeavors," said Justin Zinke, CEO of Decision Dynamics.
The Company today also announced additional reductions to its senior management team, which has shrunk from seven to three people, as part of the ongoing strategy to reduce expenses and improve financial performance.
"Over the last 18 months, management has worked to significantly reduce costs and manage staffing levels to ensure the Company has the necessary sales, technical and financial skill sets in place to support both its current needs and execution of our long-term strategic vision," said Bill Dimma, Chairman of Decision Dynamics.
