Decision Dynamics Announces Closing of the Second Tranche

Calgary AB - 2007-06-29 - Decision Dynamics Technology Ltd. (Decision Dynamics; TSX-V: DDY), a provider of operations management software to the energy industry, today announced that the Company has closed the second tranche of its private placement announced June 1, 2007. This tranche included brokered and non-brokered portions resulting in the sale of 5,631,667 Units comprised of one common share and one half warrant at $0.30 per Unit for gross proceeds of $1,689,500.20. Each full warrant will be exercisable into one common share at a price of $0.40 per share for a period of one year from the date of issuance thereof.

Canaccord Corporation was paid a cash commission of $80,000.02 equal to 8% of the gross proceeds in the brokered placement, 25,000 common shares, as well as agent's warrants exercisable for 266,667 common shares at any time over the next eighteen months at an exercise price of $0.30 per common share.

The foregoing private placement is subject to receipt of final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. In accordance with applicable securities laws, the common shares and warrants issued under this portion of the private placement are subject to four-month hold periods that will expire October 29, 2007.

To date the Company has sold a total of 8,338,333 Units for gross proceeds of $2,501,500.20.
