Decision Dynamics Completes Major Service Contracts with Exploration & Production Companies

Calgary AB - 2006-09-08 - Calgary, AB (September 8, 2006) - Decision Dynamics Technology Ltd. (TSX-V:DDY) recently completed service configuration contracts with three major Calgary-based E&P operators representing over $1million in revenue. These new contracts underline Decision Dynamic's commitment to the business philosophy of providing flexible, scalable software solutions that can be configured to meet a customer's unique workflow.

Decision Dynamics announced the integration of Wellcore's application suites: Well Lifecycle Management and Drilling Operations, in early August and these new service engagements are evidence that there is significant demand from new and existing clients for the new product enhancements. A key component, Wellcore's I.C.E., the Integration and Collaboration Engine, is designed to eliminate departmental data silos allowing clients to recognize the value of Wellcore's newest feature sets. This in turn has spurred growth in service revenue for Decision Dynamics.

The service configuration contracts are for Wellcore based services including AFE integration to leading ERP systems, expanded facilities management implementation and enhanced regulatory functionality. Further projects include enhanced features in Wellcore's Drilling Operations Suite including expanded drilling & completion functionality and configurable workflow management tools. These enhancements give Decision Dynamics the opportunity to assist clients in automating their drilling operations processes.

The Company also announces that due to present circumstances, Mr. Steve Letwin is not able to serve as a director of the company's U.S. subsidiary, Decision Dynamics Technology Inc. and has therefore resigned as a director. It is anticipated that Mr. Letwin will be proposed for election as a director of Decision Dynamics Technology Ltd. at the company's shareholders' meeting in 2007.
