Justin Zinke - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Zinke joined Decision Dynamics in October 2004 as Vice President of Operations and became Chief Operating Officer in July 2005. He was appointed CEO in October 2006. Mr. Zinke has more than 20 years of international experience with UOP in the management of advanced application projects for the process industries. He has held key management and executive positions at Hyprotech Ltd. and Aspen Technology Inc. with responsibility for sales, marketing, product management, professional services and customer support. Mr. Zinke holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Ron Green - President

Mr. Green joined Decision Dynamics in November 2007 as Executive Vice President of Canadian Sales and was named President in December 2007. Prior to joining Decision Dynamics, he spent four and a half years as VP Production Testing, followed by two and a half years as COO, for an oilfield service company. Mr. Green offers extensive professional and management experience with 12 years of executive, sales and marketing experience in the energy industry, nine years in the communications industry and seven years as the owner of a retail operation. Mr. Green has been responsible for operations, sales and marketing, IT, HR and training, and safety and transportation. He holds diplomas and certificates in a variety of business and technical fields.

Kim Tremblay - Acting Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Tremblay joined Decision Dynamics in October 2005 as Manager of Accounting, and assumed the Controller role in November 2006. She was appointed as Acting CFO in May 2008. Obtaining her Certified General Accountant designation in 1998, Ms. Tremblay has 20 years experience primarily in the technology sector. Prior to joining Decision Dynamics, Ms. Tremblay was the Finance Manager for the Calgary operation of Autodesk, Inc.
