William Dimma - Chairman of the Board and Director

Mr. Dimma was educated at the University of Toronto, York University, and Harvard University, where he earned a doctorate in business administration. He has held a number of senior line positions with major Canadian companies, including the presidencies of Torstar Corporation and Royal LePage. He is currently Board Chairman of Home Capital Group, Decision Dynamics and Royal LePage Commercial Advisory Board. He also sits on the board of directors of several major Canadian companies, as well as of various not-for-profit institutions. He was appointed to the Order of Canada in 1996 and the Order of Ontario in 2000. His book, Excellence in the Boardroom (John Wiley & Sons) was published in 2002.

Justin Zinke - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Zinke joined Decision Dynamics in October 2004 as Vice President of Operations and became Chief Operating Officer in July 2005. He was appointed CEO in October 2006. Mr. Zinke has more than 20 years of international experience with UOP in the management of advanced application projects for the process industries. He has held key management and executive positions at Hyprotech Ltd. and Aspen Technology Inc. with responsibility for sales, marketing, product management, professional services and customer support. Mr. Zinke holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Vernon Lobo - Director

Mr. Lobo is a managing director and founder of Mosaic Venture Partners, a private venture capital firm investing in early stage digital technology companies. Mr. Lobo began his career in software development and engineering at Nortel Networks Corporation where he received a full scholarship to attend Harvard University. He was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he led engagements in the firm's telecommunications and information technology practices. Prior to founding Mosaic, Mr. Lobo was a Partner with Quorum Growth Inc., a leading Canadian venture capital fund focused on technology-based enterprises. Throughout his career, Mr. Lobo has been active in entrepreneurial ventures, building a sizeable real estate portfolio while studying engineering, running a boat chartering business while at Nortel, and then cofounding Cyberplex Inc., a now-public systems integration firm, while at McKinsey. Mr. Lobo is currently Chairman of Cyberplex and sits on the boards of several private companies. Mr. Lobo holds a B.Sc in Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an M.B.A from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, where he was a Baker Scholar.

Elson McDougald - Director

Mr. McDougald is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer and Director, Western Lakota Energy Services Inc. He founded Laredo Drilling Ltd. and was the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Tetonka Drilling Inc. He has been a director of Alberta Treasury Branch and Vencap Equities Alberta Ltd. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Phoenix Technology Services Inc. and CCR Technologies Ltd.

James C. Baillie - Director

Mr. Baillie is counsel to the firm of Torys LLP. His distinguished legal career encompassed Chairmanship of the Ontario Securities Commission and lead roles in major corporate transactions. His career-long interest in accounting matters led to his appointment as the first Chair of Canada's Audit and Assurance Standards Oversight Council. His directorships include Sun Life Financial and the Investment Dealers Association of Canada.

Colum P. Bastable - Director

Mr. Bastable is the President & CEO of Cushman & Wakefield LePage Inc. He was born, raised and educated in Dublin, Ireland and is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. Mr. Bastable joined Royal LePage Limited in 1976 as Vice President, Finance. In 1981, he became Chief Financial Officer and in 1987, Mr. Bastable became Executive Vice President responsible for all of Royal LePage's commercial operations. In 1993, Mr. Bastable was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Royal LePage Limited and Managing Partner, Commercial Real Estate Services, Brascan Corp. In 2005, he became President and Chief Executive Officer of Cushman & Wakefield LePage Inc. He is also a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Cushman & Wakefield Inc.
